Methodology

We will achieve this mission by:

• Providing qualified facilitators that lead discussions and train business leaders.
• Providing training that can be translated practically into Biblical solutions for the workplace.
• Using Biblical principles as the foundation for instruction.
• Providing confidential, practical, and professional resources.
• Communicating openly and positively with each other, while holding each other accountable.
• Working in fellowship to solve each others’ problems.
• Creating member awareness of the varied resources available from Fusion Leaders.
• Creating clergy awareness of the challenges that face business men and women in their congregations.
• Striving for continuous improvement and growth in our training, speakers and special events.
• Reaching out to non-believers in our communities.

• Recruiting, training and supporting small group leaders in presentation of Ethical Principles of Leadership.
• Having partnership and presence, and being a resource in the church.
