Dr. John Townsend

Renown psychologist, popular speaker, and the best-selling author and coauthor of numerous books, including the Gold Medallion Award-winning book, "Boundaries" and "God Will Make a Way". His most recent book is entitled, "Leadership Beyond Reason". He is co-host of the nationally syndicated New Life Live! daily radio program. Dr. Townsend co-founded Cloud-Townsend Resources, the company that produces and resources his speaking events. He also co-founded a health-care company that operated treatment centers in thirty-five cities in the Western United States, serving as Clinical Co-Director for ten years. This extensive background in clinical practice and research is the source of the many insights on personal growth and problem solving that he shares with audiences today. He holds a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Rosemead Graduate School of Psychology at Biola University.
