Who We Are?

Fusion Leaders is a ministry of Calvary Church of Santa Ana, California committed to equipping Christian business leaders by practically applying Biblical principles in the workplace.

Our vision is to become the leading resource for Christian business leaders that “fuses” Christian living with the workplace environment.  We will provide training that can be translated practically into solutions for the workplace.  We are confidential, use Biblical principles, provide practical solutions, and have the professional resources to make this happen.  This ministry will also incorporate a non-believer outreach component.

What qualifications are we looking for in a facilitator?

We seek men and women who are committed to Christ as Lord and Savior in their lives. They must be FACT based people: Faithful (to God and His Word), Able (to facilitate discussions amongst business leaders), Committed (making the time commitment for initial training and the monthly meetings), and Teachable (willing to learn and grow).

What you will do?

We offer facilitators the opportunity to lead groups numbering from five to ten professionals in discussions of Christian ethics and their application in the workplace environment.  Discussion will also revolve around resolving issues using Biblical principles.  We will utilize materials such as Pointman Leadership (www.pointmanleadership.com) as the basis for our programs along with keynote speakers who are leaders in the business community.  The keynote speakers will discuss in a practical way how they have “fused” Christian living with their workplace environment.  In addition to leading discussions, facilitators will lead in a prayer and devotion time.  facilitators will set up one on one meetings for each of the members in your group to promote relationship building,   attend preparation meetings before each monthly meeting and encourage members to assist each other in their businesses.  In order to facilitate a small group, the facilitator  must have accepted Christ as your personal Savior and attend church regularly.  Prior to leading a group facilitators will participate in a training session.

When do we meet?

The first Friday of every month from 6:30am – 9:00am at Calvary Church of Santa Ana.

What are the benefits?

First and foremost, facilitators will ministering to Christian business leaders by training them to lead Biblically at work and instill Biblical principles in their workplace environment.  As a result of this process they will also have the opportunity to minister the Gospel to unbelievers.  They will have the opportunity to invite interested unbelievers to meetings.  In addition, they make valuable business connections that lead to trusted relationships and growth of their career and/or business.

What is the commitment?

We are seeking dedicated professionals who will personally commit to 3 – 5 hours per month as facilitators to lead discussions.
